What is refer and earn ?
Refer and earn is one of the marketing techniques used by companies to increase their customers or clients.
If you are using mobile banking apps such as Google pay,Paytm you may hear the word refer and earn.
These applications would generate you a link. Your duty is to share this link with your friends and community. If anybody clicks the link and signs up with their application through your link you will be offered with a basic pay.
What is MLM ?
These are the companies which would follow the same refer and earn technique but the only difference here is in these companies refer and earn is only a source of income to them.
For example applications like G-Pay,Paytm offers banking service and their source of income is through banking refer and earn is one feature which they offer to increase their customers but these companies doesn't offer anything you need to pay some entry level fees to join here and that entry level fees is source for the company.
How can I earn From MLM ?
If you need to join MLM Companies you need to pay some basic pay. If somebody joined your referral you may get some percentage of the amount as commission from the entry fees of the person you have referred.

Is MLM Legal ?
According to the government this marketing technique is legal but i recommend you to choose this only if you have your own earnings and i also recommend the school students to not to join in MLM.

What is a Pyramid Schema ?
Pyramid Schema is one of the techniques followed by MLM companies, that is you will be paid if you refer to any one and you will also get a commission if your referred person refers to somebody ,it continues like a chain process.
For example if you refer to a person you get 20% Commission from the registration fees ,If your referred person refers to 5 people you will get 10% commission on each 5 person and it will be continued as a chain person.
